Application Scientist
Valentina is a materials scientist with an international research background across Russia, Germany, Spain and France. She holds a PhD from the University of Tübingen and has extensive experience in thin films, surface science and in situ X-ray characterisation, including five years at the ESRF in Grenoble.
At Onnes Technologies, Valentina works on the 2D-ENGINE project, developing scalable synthesis and transfer routes for 2D materials and in situ methods to characterise them.
Outside of work, she enjoys running, hiking, and traveling.
