Dalma, originally from Budapest, Hungary, brings a rich international perspective to her role, having lived in Norway before settling in the Netherlands in 2020. A graduate of the University of Leiden with a background in Security Studies and Crisis Management, she serves as our Office Manager and HR Support.
Dalma ensures that the office is well-equipped and that administrative processes are meticulously maintained. More importantly, she is always available to lend a listening ear to her colleagues. Her professional ambition is to keep all administrative processes running smoothly while ensuring that our team remains energized and enjoys working in a tidy environment. Dalma also enjoys organizing team events, such as potlucks, Christmas parties, or friendly quiz competitions where colleagues can vie for the office G.O.A.T. Award.
